Terms and Conditions

This agreement is a contract for goods and services between us the supplier and you the consumer. This contract is concluded when you become bound to buy the goods and we become bound to supply them and both of these acts will have occurred when we have confirmed your order and accepted it by email.
Suite Dreams UK Ltd leads the market in sofas and beds.

We offer exclusive leather, fabric, traditional and contemporary sofas as well as beds ranging from economy to luxury memory foam . Selected and made to most exacting quality standards in the marketplace for the most affordable prices.

At Suite Dreams UK Ltd we want your Customer Experience to be enjoyable and seamless so we provide you with as much information about your agreement as possible and what you can expect from the services we offer, if you ever use them.

Suite Dreams UK Ltd is open Monday Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:30am to 4:00pm and Sunday 11:00am to 3:00pm, (times may vary at public holidays).

When you agree to purchase from us we will tell you:

  • What you have agreed to purchase. (These items are listed separately on your sales agreement)
  • The purchase price
  • Any payable balance
  • How you paid
  • When your furniture is expected to be available for delivery

Your order

You should ensure that the items you have detailed on the order screen are correct and that they meet your exact requirements as once we have accepted your order and confirmed it by email it may not be possible to amend your order.

We understand that occasionally a customer may feel they have chosen incorrectly, in such cases we will provide a reselection for a fee of £100.00 to cover transport and ordering costs. If an error is made on our behalf we will of course meet the cost of this ourselves.
Tracking your order
When you have placed your order you will receive a conformation email within 24 hours of your purchase. This will entail the terms and conditions and a delivery date. Payment Arrangements

The items on this order will not be delivered unless the balance is paid in full and some methods of payment include a surcharge.
Finance options are not available for orders placed over the internet.

Delivery arrangements and installation

The SuiteDreams UK Ltd 'stress less' delivery service consists of two highly trained SuiteDreams UK Ltd employees arriving at your home in one of our own trucks and completing the installation of your furniture into the room of your choice.
Not only do we place the furniture in the room and position you want they also fit and feet/legs required, further to our excellent service we also take away and dispose of any excess packaging.
Occasionally, delivery of your furniture may be delayed. We will keep you informed of any revised delivery schedules.

Your Guarantee

As one of the regions few specialist sofa and bed retailers, the Suite Dreams UK Ltd manufactures selection process is strongly oriented toward quality and durability as well as value.
Every structural component of your new sofas, chairs and beds are covered comprehensively by our 1 year warranty. Specifically all framework, joints, springs and suspension system are warranted for a period of a 1 year by Suite Dreams UK Ltd. This excludes any accident damage and is a manufactures guarantee which we pass direct to the customer.

Cancelling your agreement

If the unlikely event arises that we cannot supply your furniture you  may cancel your agreement without charge.

We will provide instant solutions over the telephone, reply to emails within just a few hours or letters within just a few days. Our aim is to resolve all of your concerns quickly and efficiently and where possible to your complete satisfaction
